　　3.They have no vision, and when there is no vision, the people perish.

　　讓我們正視面前的嚴(yán)峻歲月，懷著全國(guó)給我們帶來(lái)的熱情和勇氣，懷著尋求傳統(tǒng)的、珍貴的道德觀念的明確意識(shí)，懷著老老少少都能通過(guò)格盡職守而得到的問(wèn)心無(wú)愧的滿足。我們的目標(biāo)是要保證國(guó)民生活的圓滿和長(zhǎng)治久安。
